Community Outreach and Engagement

Offering mothers and expecting mothers aged 13-21 access to community support services, we assist each individual in navigating the complexities and joys of motherhood.

As a Care Coordinator, responsibilities include conducting one-on-one and group sessions with mothers to assess their needs. Additionally, facilitating weekly evidence-based classes centered around health and wellness, educational planning, budgeting, and fostering self-sufficiency.
